Description
the son of Ziggy Stardustdate>> april 2004
---------------------------------------- --------
This pic was born for exercise with Painter8. Thanks to my friend MayYeo (her tips and brushes) I draw "the son of Ziggy".
Ziggy Stardust was an imaginery character of David Bowie, a glamorous alien, a rock&roll star.
And this pic is my imaginery son of Ziggy. I believe that many artist owe to the revolutionary music (and show) of Ziggy/Bowie.
So how many sons of Ziggy did you know?
----------------------------------------
references: pic of BloodyMary frontman, Bowie and me. Inspired also by Robert Smith, Molko, Edward shissorhand.
tools>> painter8, wacom Intous2, photoshop

I haven't seen the final pic, but the middle steps. The result is very-very good. I love that character. You know I love androgeous characters, heh heh.
The only thing I would crit, is the absecence of shadows below the cheekbone. Everything else seems fine to me.
